Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our marketplace. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn.

2. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

3. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with our community.

4. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

8. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence and reach.

9. Coordinate with customer service to address customer inquiries and feedback received through social media.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

3. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

8. Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
