5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
8. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence and reach.
9. Coordinate with customer service to address customer inquiries and feedback received through social media.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
3. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
8. Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
